Since 1995 Marina Bruno has been the protagonist of the works of Maestro Roberto De Simone, famous for her performance in "La Gatta Cenerentola" and numerous her collaborations with the greatest artists of international fame. Parthenoply is her latest record, a successful musical experiment that attempts to superimpose, juxtapose, reharmonize and quote well-known jazz themes in the intros or endings of the most famous masterpieces of Neapolitan song. With Marina Bruno on vocals, Giuseppe Di Capua on piano, Gianfranco Campagnoli on trumpet and filicorn, Tommaso Scannapieco on acoustic bass, Giuseppe La Pusata on drums and with the extraordinary participation of Daniele Sepe on saxophone.
